Pricing terms and Conditions

a. Values shown are in INR (Indian Rupees)

b. Rates are applied based on 24 h cycle, in case of weekday – weekend overlap, rates will be averaged

c. Rates inclusive of taxes

d. Delay charges may apply post 24 hour cycle on returns (hourly charges will be calculated for delayed returns)

e. Hourly rates include 10kms/hour (applicable only for delayed returns)

f. Daily rental includes 250/kms part of the package, extra kms will be charged @ 15/km for Harley Davidson models and

5/kms on Royal Enfield models

g. Price does not include FUEL, Toll fees etc.

h. All traffic violation charges to be borne by the user

i. Blank cheque needs to be submitted at the time of renting out.

Other Terms and conditions

a. Renting member must be of Age 21 or above

b. Member should have a valid motorcycle license and a copy of the same to be provided

c. Any traffic violations or offence will cancel the eligibility of renting motorcycles for at least 2 years from the date of

offence

d. Helmets are compulsory while riding our motorcycle, helmets will be provided only on advance booking

e. Must have appropriate riding gear, i.e... Boots or closed-toe shoes, pants & eyewear. No flip-flops, sandals or shorts.

f. The motorcycles we rent at FUNBYK are large, heavyweight, very powerful and not appropriate for beginner or

inexperienced riders. We recommend at least two years’ experience on motorcycles of 500cc or greater

g. The rental vehicle may be used only by the person who has signed the rental agreement for that period. In case of additional

riders, it has to be registered at the time of rental.

h. Towing service will be borne by the customer in case of unlikely event of tire puncture or collision or breakdown due to

improper usage. In the event of mechanical or technical failure, FUNBYK will tow the bike at own cost. However these

are applicable only for first 100 kms. Post that the customer has to pay 50% of the charges for towing

i. Members must have had no alcohol or drug-related driving violations in the past three years.

j. Tire damage while usage (ex, cuts or burnouts) will be charged to the customer

k. While returning the motorcycles in cases where there is heavy dirt/grime an extra ₹100/- will be charged

l. All our bikes have GPS tracking devices, we recommend that you follow speed guidelines.
