    The Member Should Not Drive The Bike Under The Influence Of Any Kind Of Illegally Intoxicated Material, Alcohol /Drugs Etc.

    Member Must Obey All Traffic Norms With Safety Gears, Incase Of Violation The User Is Responsible For The Same.

    Members Are Allowed To Drive The Bike Up-To Maximum Speed Of 100 Km/Hr, Incase Of Premium Bikes 120km/Hr Is Limit, Anything Beyond That Speed Will Be Charged 300 For Every Speed Alert.

    In-Case Of Accidents And Damages The User Is Responsible For All The Expenses Incurred In Returning The Bike In Stock Condition And Subsequent Loss Of Rent Whilst The Bike Is Being Restored.

    The Bikes Will Have Comprehensive Insurance, Any Kind Of Third Party Claims Has To Be Settled By The Member.

    The Bike Should Be Used Only For Sight Seeing And Personnel Use, Cannot Be Used For Transporting Goods / Animals, Any Illegal Materials, And Violating Local Laws Is Prohibited.

    -Using Motorbike For The Purposes Of Sports, Adventure, Races, Other Competitive Events And Misuse Is Restricted.

    While All Our Bikes Are New, Incase Of Breakdown/ Accident Immediately Contact Us We Will Assist You Further.

    The Member Is Not Allowed To Replace Or Tamper Any Parts On The Motorbike Without Permission.

    We-Ride Is Not Liable For Any Injury Caused Or Suffered By Member Or To Any Other Person Or Property.

    Usage Extension Can Be Made On Availability With Prior Notice, No Grace Time Will Be Allowed, And Late Time Fees Of 200 /- For Every Hour Will Be Charged On Late Arrivals.
