1. Damages
Torn and damaged: If the item is torn or damaged making it ineligible to be rented out to others, the full cost of the item will be charged to the customer.

For recoverable Stains: Dry cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

2. Fitting & Customization:
Charges are included for customization of fee size dresses and blouses (Not applicable for western wear) Please book an appointment

3. Rent charged is for one day but for customer's service the return can be made in 72 Hours from the time after picking up the product.

4. Late Fee Policy: For each consecutive days, 1/3rd of the rental will be charged to the customer.PS: Customer is requested to inform the product owner in advance in case of a potential delay in delivery.

5. Booking has to be made by paying the rental amount online and security deposit needs to be deposited at the boutique while taking product delivery as per your booking date.

6. Customers are requested to visit the boutique 7 days in advance to give measurements, trails for a perfect fit even though we process same day bookings also.

8. Hygiene: We work with the best laundry experts to ensure our outfit are properly dry cleaned after each rental and at proper intervals. At The Bride Fashion Boutique, we follow very high-quality check standards to ensure a great customer & product experience.

9. Customers are requested not to do alteration, washing or dry cleaning of the product under any circumstances.

10. For any queries regarding the rental, product condition or the damages, please call the number mentioned in your booking confirmation mail.

11. The accessories shown in the picture is for display purpose and additional rent will be charged for items other than the dress.
